Is global warming a myth?

According to President-elect, Donald Trump, global warming and climate change is a myth invented by the China. But Mr. Trump is not alone on this claim as most of the Republican party also identifies itself as global warming deniers. Scientists from around the world have spoken and are urging governments to take the necessary steps by passing legislation to limit the amount of human made greenhouse gases.

As temperatures rise, precipitation patterns change, entire habitats must quickly adjust to the rapid changing conditions. As landscapes and habitats literally shift, wildlife must rapidly adjust or forever disappear. According to scientists it is possible that one-fourth of Earth's species may be headed for extinction by the year 2050, if the warming trend continues at its current rate.
